Orders are processed by our fulfilment partners before dispatch. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and the destination. Typical processing time is between 1-3 days. 

You’ll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

Shipping and delivery

Our products are dispatched by our overseas fulfilment partners.

Estimated delivery time: 5-10 business days 

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, public holidays or other circumstances outside our control.

If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we’ll contact you with an update and help you with the available options.

Shipping costs

Any shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking your order

Where tracking is available, we’ll email you a tracking number after your order has been dispatched. Tracking information may take a little time to become active.

International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or handling fees, depending on the destination. Any charges not included at checkout may be payable by the customer.

Incorrect addresses and delivery issues

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll try to help, but address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed or dispatched.

If your order is delayed, lost or marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, please contact us so we can investigate and work towards an appropriate resolution.
